TERMS & CONDITIONS

You must return the product(s) within 30 days of the purchase date in order to qualify. Any returns outside 30 days will not be accepted.

Returned product(s) must be accompanied with a copy of your original receipt clearly showing your order number, name and address.

Once your product(s) have been received and processed, we will issue you the refund.

As the consumer, you agree and understand to cover any costs involved to receive a refund or store credit. Any shipping costs for the return will be incurred at the customer’s expense. Buff Roo will not refund any shipping costs.

Buff Roo reserves the right to unilaterally amend, suspend, or terminate this policy without notice, or, in the event of policy abuse, exclude customers from its application.
