What is my size?
There is a size chart in the Product Page, measure around your leg aprox 10cm above the knee. Check this size against the size chart.
Will they hold for my big squats?
YES - The velcro will hold for big legs and heavy weights. Please note that these are not designed to replace knee wraps, they are a different piece of equipment.
