After several years of Crossfit at 40+, my knees decided to start trouble. Certain movements would
aggravate my knee, I tried everything to fix it, nothing worked. So l got myself a pair of knee sleeves.
Guess what, they work. As long as you remember to put them on when you put your shoes on, and
as long as you wear them until you get home and take your shoes off. Even if you fold them down to
your ankles, where they are hot and sweaty. This drove me mad and l forgot a lot!
So, l set about developing, testing, proving and then manufacturing the first Buff Roo Knee Sleeve.

Extremely happy!

I wasn’t too sure how they would go and put off buying for a while. Then decided to just go for it and I am stoked with how much better I can squat and feel supported! Plus not having to take shoes on and off, ripping them off when no longer needed, is bad ass. Easy to wash. No regrets!

I have found the Buff Roo knee sleeves to be extremely easy to use and provide better support and require less adjustment during a workout than my other knee sleeves.

Comfortable and very supportive knee sleeves

I've tested and trial it for 1 week now and can give a honest review. It's very easy to put on and off at any time of my workout. I was a bit worried about it coming apart but the Velcro straps are very thick and secure. I really like the idea of adjusting the Velcro straps on sets that you don't need to tighten it up. Only wish if it came in other colours.

Game Changers

No doubt these are awesome, best bit of kit in my bag. But why didn't l know about these earlier.

Crossfit is hard enough, how many hours have l wasted stuffing around with my shoes. Next time l would appreciate knowing about this sort of game changer much earlier. Especially in summer months!

OMG where have you been?

As an older trainer we need more knee support as we age and i cant stand wearing sleeves for a whole leg workout, well once i saw these advertised I knew these would be the sleeves for me! Easy to put on easy to remove I am a happy trainer!
